Registration Information

The Advanced Practice Modules are  live-attendance only events.  The programme is a recorded presentation of the latest version of the Advanced Practice Modules held in the USA, meaning that the information will be the most up-to-date version of the curriculum.  There will be live Question and Answer sessions from the presenters, streamed live from the US.  In addition, there will be IFM™ selected Facilitators onsite to enrich your learning experience and guide you through practical group sessions.

Remember – this is the only approved way to attend this event in-person outside of the USA. (Live Stream is already available on US modules but are subject to attendance during US time zones)

How much does it cost?

The Advanced Practice Module™ UK prices are below.  The costs are almost like-for-like with US modules* giving UK and EU residents an affordable way to attend the Advanced Practice Module™ in-person without having to travel to the US.

Instalment Plan – NEW and Improved for 2020

We have always offered the ability to pay in instalments, but NEW for 2020 you can now spread the balance over a longer period when you book 2 or more modules.

How does it work?

When booking two or more modules, we now offer the option to spread the cost evenly across the term, which begins upon receipt of a deposit payment and ends 4 weeks prior to the latest module confirmed.  The non-refundable deposit amount reduces to £150 per module (from £300) when booking two or more modules.

Using our deposit scheme incurs an administration fee of £15 incl VAT, which is added to the final balance.  Only one admin charge will be billed per transaction, so if you book 5 modules, then only one admin fee of £15 will be charged.

What do I need to do now? 

A non-refundable deposit of at least £300 incl VAT is required to secure your place, with the final balance due no later than 4 weeks before the course is due to commence.   You can choose to pay via bank transfer or by credit or debit card in monthly installments.  Late payment fees apply should an installment be missed.

Please check your eligibility prior to booking the course: all bookings received are screened prior to them being confirmed.  Should you not be eligible, we will write to you explaining our decision or asking for more information about your credentials.  Should you not be eligible to attend, we’ll refund you in full.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing no later than 4 weeks prior to the course commencing (exact dates to be communicated upon confirmation) to be eligible for a refund, less the non-refundable deposit element of all monies paid.  Cancellations received after the agreed date, are not eligible for a refund. Tuition is nontransferable, either to other modules in the UK or those running in the USA. Failure to appear at the program with no prior written cancellation will result in complete forfeiture of tuition and the course will not count toward certification (nonrefundable, nontransferable, no exceptions).

Copies of the recordings will not be provided in lieu of in-person attendance and are not counted toward IFM™ certification requirements.

Cancellation requests must be received in writing by email to info@clinicaleducation.org.  Clinical Education will reply with a written acknowledgement.

Late Registrations

Bookings received less than 7 days before each event will be subject to a late registration charge of £150 incl VAT processing fee, on top of the course fee.   No registrations will be taken on-site.
